What kind of pegs should I order?

Order pegs to fit the flutes you currently have, or hope to have in the future. 

A C peg fits the standard student, step up, or professional instrument.

The Alto/Piccolo Combination peg fits both an alto flute and a piccolo - just not at the

same time! 

  • If you have an alto flute, order the combination peg - you will not be using the

           piccolo attachment.   They are not sold separately.

  • If you have a piccolo, order this same peg as the piccolo rests on top of the alto peg,
          once the piccolo portion is screwed into the top of the alto peg.

 

  • If you have both an alto AND a piccolo, you will need to order two alto/piccolo combination
          pegs if you will be playing them both in one session.

 

The Bass peg fits a bass flute.  We also make a peg to fit a small contralto bass flute - please send an

inquiry regarding a contralto flute bass custom order to:  info@lyricraft.com.

 

How stable is the multi-peg base if there is only

one flute on it - will it tip over?

It is for this very reason that our stands are weighted!  With an extra 3.75 pounds of steel weight embedded

in the base, we have never seen a stand get tipsy.  I suppose it could happen with the help of a careless

bystander, but in our five-year history, we have had no incidents of this happening that we know of.

 

How long will it take to receive my flute stand order?


If the item is in stock, it will ship within 2 business days. If the requested item is not in stock, it could be 2-6 weeks before it is ready, depending on where we are in the production process. Every effort will be made to meet whatever deadline you may have, and we will keep you informed along the way.

Special Orders: for example, “I want to order a stand for my friend who really likes birds – can you do a design incorporating birds?”

We would be more than happy to assist you in custom design choices, but please know that because this takes some time, there is a $50 design and setup fee.

Is online ordering secure?


Yes! We employ technology called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure the highest level of security for your online transactions. All sensitive information (credit cards, phone numbers, addresses, etc.) is encrypted for transfer to our server. It won't be able to be intercepted and decrypted because the key resides only on our network servers.

When will my account be charged?


Your account will be charged on the day that we ship your order.

Is there any way I can combine the order that I just placed with one that I placed earlier?

Do You Add Sales Tax?


We add sales tax only if your order is billed or shipped to an address in the State of California.

How do I order a Gift Certificate From Lyricraft.com?


Easy, on this page you will see an Icon that says gift certificate. Just click on it and follow the directions. It's fast and easy. You can send the gift certificate directly to the person you wish to give it to.

Return Policy


Exchanges only on flute stands.  If perhaps you have received a stand as a gift and you find another design would suit you better, an even exchange can be made up to 6 months from purchase/receipt date.  Returns on all other products are not accepted without prior authorization.

 

Shipping
Currently, we are shipping flute stands to USA addresses only due to weight. All other products can ship anywhere in the world. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


If UPS or another carrier has damaged your shipment, please save all wrappings and contact your local carrier. YOU must file a claim with your local carrier, not Lyricraft. Please DO NOT send the damaged package back to us, since the claim must be made by you, the receiver. Please complete all requests for exchange or return within 10 days of the invoice date.

 

Lyricraft Warranty

What does this warranty cover?   This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your new Lyricraft Wood Flute Stand.

How Long Does The Coverage Last? This warranty lasts one year from date of purchase.

What Will Lyricraft Do? Lyricraft will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge. You must pay any shipping charges incurred in returning the product.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?  Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood) are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

How Do You Get Service? In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST provide proof of purchase, if for some reason Lyricraft does not have said invoice in it's records.
